​​Shortly after the current school year started our staff and students were informed that Jen Smith, a Physical Education teacher at the middle school was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I talked to my 8th grade class and asked for volunteers.  Two students stepped up and started staying after school on Monday evenings to restore a classic mini bike to raffle off.  It is almost finished and we are now selling raffle tickets.  The mini bike is a 1972 Trail Horse GTO-100.  We have tried to restore it as close to original as possible.  The tickets sell for $5.00 each.  The drawing will be held on April 27, 2018 and you do not have to be present to win. ​​

We raised a Grand Total of $5,459.00
